Membership Renewal
It's that time of year again! Memberships are up for renewal.
2025 saw a lot of changes throughout the church, more of these changes will now come to light in 2026, and we hope you will be with us to see our church bloom into the new year!
One of the major changes we have had is our legal structures - this includes forms and information that you fill out. Please find below the new membership form and GDPR consent form, both of which MUST be filled out and given to a member of committee or emailed to membership@hitchinspiritualistchurch.co.uk.
These forms have/will be sent out via email on January 6th, and sent via post January 14th.
These membership and consent forms should be completed before January 1st. However, due to us working on these big changes, we have delayed memberships. They now must be completed by February 14th.
If you require a physical copy sent to you, and you don't normally receive one, please contact membership@hitchinspiritualistchurch.co.uk before January 14th so we can get this arranged for you.
Along with the membership form, there is a 3rd page, which holds the Membership Terms and Conditions. Please take some time to read these.
